Eric and I purchased our home and anticipated an unsettling experience, what happened was the opposite.  When we viewed the house we made an offer and when it was accepted the process went smoothly from the inspection to the closing, which could not gone any more easily.  As first time buyers we were anxious but John guided us through the entire process, explaining each step clearly to us, and continues to do so.  I have and will continue to recommend John and Wendy as contentious, thorough and very informative real estate brokers. I am enjoying our home but if ever decide to put it on the market John and Wendy will be the first people I contact.
